I will tell you that for the first several years that I dealt with this dealership it was frankly terrible. I honestly couldn't write terrible large enough They were disorganized, the sales people would turn their nose up at me, seemingly as if they thought because I was a young casually dressed guy that I couldn't afford their product.

    That was the impression I got, suffice to say the attitude was snotty. I took my car there for service a several times, and became immediately disappointed by the lack of customer service and attention to detail. So for the next couple years I had my car serviced at other dealers. I decided it was time for a new car this past spring and being an enthusiast, I researched and knew exactly the car I wanted.

    Every option, color etc. Initially I emailed a few dealers and was getting quotes from all over. I ended up reaching out to a friend who just bought a new Audi and they referred my to Scott Pann at Audi Brookline. Hesitant, I reached out to Scott directly. I had already found a car at another dealer far away that matched my exact specs, so I told Scott I wanted that specific car. He was responsive and intelligent. He knew the product and made sure that he educated me on anything I didn't know.

    I negotiated what I felt was a great deal, without pain or aggravation or back and forth between some hidden manager. If you're shopping for an Audi, go meet Scott. I'm a picky guy, I drive a nice car because I expect it to perform to the highest standard. I ended up having a few issues with my new vehicle which needed servicing. Recalling my previous experiences with Audi Brookline service, I was extremely hesitant to go to them again.

    But out of convenience I figured, what the hell. Scott even setup the appointment for me. My first service visit was a breeze, I met my advisor Drew Paglia and I think he immediately understood that I'm a nit-pick. But it didn't phase him, and he has on several occasions gone well above and beyond what I would expect his usual job duties to be. Working with Drew has changed my entire car servicing experience, I no longer worry about arguing with the techs about issues their are advisors that still work there who I had altercations with in the past.

    He checks if I need a loaner car, and has one waiting when I do. Drew has advocated for me in getting issues taken care of with attention to detail and friendly courteous customer service. He communicates with precision and makes sure that when I leave that dealer I'm satisfied. Based on my experiences in years past at Audi Brookline I would have completely agreed. But now after working with both a fantastic sales person and a dedicated service advisor, this dealership has won back my business.

    I want to make very clear, my opinion and experience at this dealer is a result of two people who have honed their skills to provide the experience that should be had by every customer. They've set a high bar, and I hope their managers recognize their excellence.

    I normally don't review, but I was disappointed with my experience today to the point that I felt I needed to share to protect others. This is my second time bringing my car in for service in the last 5 months. The first time I came in for an oil change and a recall. Received their comprehensive automobile status report which had all mechanical marks green across the board except my brakes.
