On the plus side they did send a car to my work and they had my car towed. Orange, CA 34 friends 6 reviews. It was due for an oil change so I decided to bring my car back to the dealer I purchased my car at, even though it is not the closest BMW dealer to me. I did learn my lesson and I won't be returning to Crevier BMW for any business at least in the Certified pre own department.

The service that I received was outstanding. He was professional throughout the entire process. He laid out all my options for me and he was really patient answering my questions. Also, special shout out to Joe. Thank you for helping me out when I got lost. After purchasing a new BMW from another dealership, a strange issue developed in which a "Perform QC1 delivery inspection" message popped up in the car's alerts.

After doing some research, I learned this message could only be cleared by a BMW dealer's system, so I made an appointment at Crevier BMW where I hoped to service my car for the long term. He made no effort to call the other dealership or take any steps whatsoever to help me resolve the issue.

Needless to say, it was an extremely disappointing experience from a customer relations perspective. I'm just a customer who bought a new car and wants to get it serviced.

I shouldn't be involved in these petty dealer disputes about money. I will not return to Crevier BMW for service or sales. The whole place strikes me as a mill where people are treated as statistics rather than as customers or even human beings. I bought a BMW I here last year. The buying experience was good enough. Although I never got a follow up call from the dealer or the salesman.

The real problem is with the service. I have been there 3 times and 2 of the 3 service experiences were poor at best. The first time I went I needed a new tire. The rep was nice enough, but the whole process took about 8 hours. They also did not wash the car, but at that point I told them to forget it as it had taken all day. The last visit was not very good. The car has 10K miles and the water pump broke. Kinda of crummy, but warranted. My back up camera was also not turning on maybe 1 out of every 10 times I went into reverse.

So they did something to test the camera. That something resets everything you had programmed in your car. That sucks, but what sucks worse is they did not even bother to mention this to me when I got the car. So the phone did not work, the radio stations all wiped out, seat readjusted. Is that what you would expect when you pick your car up from repair? They did not even bother to tell me. Not only that when I called to ask what is going on, I was told that the instructions were in the paperwork they gave me.
